AGB Marketing operates NEED A LAWYER?. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through the site. Effective September 19, 2026.
Who we are
AGB Marketing is a marketing company, not a law firm. It receives and reviews requests to help identify a possible contact option. AGB does not provide legal advice or represent users.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, optional email, city, ZIP code, matter location, legal category, short description, language, contact preference, submission date, visit source and the confirmations shown when you submit. The system also creates a reference number and records operational updates.
How we use information
We use the information to receive and validate the request, identify possible duplicates, contact you through your selected method, manage internal follow-up and maintain consent and operational records.
Information to leave out
Do not submit documents, identification numbers, banking information, medical records, third-party names or confidential details. The form is not a communication with an attorney and is not protected by attorney–client privilege.
Service providers and security
Hosting, database and email providers may process technical information or records needed to operate and protect the site. Internal email alerts include only the reference number and a dashboard link; they do not include form contents. The dashboard requires authorized access.
Sharing with law firms
AGB reviews each request first. The initial submission does not authorize sharing your information with Costen Ruiz Law or another law firm. Before any delivery, AGB will identify the recipient firm and request separate permission. AGB may have paid commercial relationships with law firms; AGB does not charge users to submit this form.
Language, attribution and analytics
Language is saved in your browser. Source tags such as campaign or QR may be retained during the session and associated with a request. Do not place personal information in a URL. The site currently does not use Meta Pixel or Google Analytics.
Retention
We retain requests and their history for up to 24 months after the last activity, unless longer retention is needed to comply with law, prevent fraud or resolve a dispute. Records are then reasonably deleted or de-identified.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information by emailing the contact below. We will verify and respond to the request as required by applicable law. You may also ask AGB not to contact you.
Changes
We may update this notice to reflect operational changes. We will post the new effective date on this page.
